Principal Licensee Karen Winter has over 14 years' experience working in Conveyancing, she graduated Dux of the Macquarie Law School Conveyancing Program in 2012 and has held her Conveyancing Licence since 2013.
SureLine Conveyancing can assist with buying, selling and transfers of residential, strata and rural property as well as retail leasing.
All we do is Conveyancing so you can be certain that your matter has our full attention.
If you're not able to get to our office we also provide home visits within the Batemans Bay area and after-hours consultations by appointment.

I'm Karen Winter, I am the Principal/Conveyancer at SureLine Conveyancing.
Aside from being passionate about my work I am also a mother of two teenage children Evan and Neve and have enjoyed living in beautiful Batemans Bay for over 20 years.
I provide clients with a personalised service at an affordable price where you can deal with someone who specialises in conveyancing rather than dealing with administrative staff or fitting in within a busy law firm.
I graduated Dux of Macquarie Law School Conveyancing Program in 2012 and have held my Conveyancing Licence since 2013. Before starting SureLine Conveyancing I did conveyancing for two busy law firms in the area.
